The first step is to set up a call with one of our architects to talk about what you're doing and what your needs are. We've found that when we thoroughly understand our customers' applications we can help design the most cost-effective solution. 1. Fill out our inquiry form or send us an email and tell us a little about your business:

   We're interested in things like: What does your business do? What applications would you like to run and what's the architecture of those applications? How do you do your hosting now? Are there features you're especially interested in, like global load balancing to route users to the nearest datacenter? Also, please let us know when we can reach you by phone. The more you tell us, the better we can assist you when we talk.

2. On the phone we'll listen to your needs and see if we have any specific product suggestions for you. We also want to make sure our products are the right solution for you — if we don't think they are, we'll point you in the right direction.
3. We'll send you a Master Hosting Agreement and a Customer Questionnaire that asks for contact points and a public key to securely get you into your environment. PrivateScale's questionnaire will also address your IP address needs and firewall settings.
4. We'll point you to the quick start guide in our technical documentation and you'll have a dedicated account manager to address any questions or concerns.
